Going to have a Moble-Home removed from a Property I own, it has been Abandoned and left on Our land.
the Mortage Co. holding the Note for the home has been given notice.
The BIG deal is, the Texas County in whitch we live is a JOKE,; no-one-knows-anything and doesn’t care!
Revise that. No advice can be given out, is against the LAW. Not even on the legal forms, what and where to get them. >>> ?<<< Can I put a MH home on Your property and you cant get it off, no matter how many times a notice of eviction is sent to the OWNER?
Sounds like a good place to park a MH, CAR, House-boat Ect.
Wow, the law is for someone else other then a citizen of USA, much less Texas.
Socialism or capitalism ? Guess I need to hire an Attorney and ask them; is the way its done.
Still a better place to live, dont U think...

Hi captth,

If you are the owner of the land, then no-one else can place their mobile home on your land without your permission. If someone does so, then it will be considered as illegal. It will be better if you could contact an attorney and check out what legal actions you can take against the mobile home owner.
