Hello,
My fiance and I co-bought an apartment together about a year ago. We are now separated. I was told that the only way to remove her name from the loan is to refinance.
Is there any other, more affordable way?
Thanks
Pablo

Welcome pd,

You can contact your lender and try to assume the loan. Assumption of loan will also help you in removing your partner's name from the mortgage.
