I need the exact definition for the Proceed from sale of other real estate

The proceeds would be the money you recieve when you sell your house. So the the proceeds from the sale of real estate would equte to the amount of money you are getting from that transaction.

Proceeds from sale means the amount of money that you will receive after selling your real estate. It is the sale value of your real property.
