Now he has a foreclosure.If we have to move out will he have to give us first and last months rent for a new place? We all have stopped paying rent,He lives in florida and we live in Nebraska.We do not even know where to send our rent,because the management company her quit working for him(they fell out) and none of us have the owner's address so we do not know where to send the rent.

However, if something of that sort is mentioned in your contract, then the landlord will have to give you the money. Thanks
