Welcome Mperence,

If both of your names have been on the title previously, then you need not inform the county recorder about it. The fact is, if you are changing names on the title through a deed, you need to record the deed at the county recorder's office after getting it signed by notary public. This is to ensure that the deed is valid.

Thanks.
