You will have to list the property in the market. After the listing, you will start getting buyers for your property. You can sell the property to the person who offers you the highest amount. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial sucess

problem is that the land is not on my name, it is registered on my father's name but he is little bit reluctant to sell it.this is our inherited property. is there anything i can do so that i could get the buyer without listing. _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? manoj, you cannot sell property that doesn't belong to you. inherited property is yours only when you actually inherit it. if the individual (your dad in this case) who has willed the property to you is still among the living, you've got to honor his desire not to sell. _________________ George M.
