It has been 90 days and now the FHA has to approve the price. Does anyone know how long it takes for the FHA to approve this stuff? _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? I haven't heard of any such time period for FHA to approve the price. However, as far as I know, they will quote the price asap. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane

The bank has had it for 90 days and are now sending the offer to the FHA. Just wondering if anyone has any experiance with this and how long it generally takes for the FHA to approve or couter offer
