You need to check the rates they are offering and compare it with what other lender would provide. That way you will be able to know if they would be good to take the loan from or not. I was in contact with their mortgage consultant over the phone. The terms that he detailed were not at all what the actual loan yielded. When I tried to get in contact with teh particular consultant, they simply told me he no longer worked with them. I chalk this up to being young and naive but thank God I had a friend who was a mortgage consultant and was able to get me out of the mess.
