i owe 3 months in mortgage.about$ 2800.my wife paid $900 and went towards suspense fund now if i want to pay off 3 months should i minus the 900 dollars and will count toward the 3 months

Hi Guest,

The suspense fund must be your escrow fund. You may minus the amount paid toward the suspense fund and pay off the rest of the amount to the lender. Nevertheless, you can have a word with your lender and he will better guide you in this matter.
