what is TaxCOde for employee?

Hi,

As far as I'm aware of, an employee tax code is used by an employer to calculate the amount of income tax that needs to be deducted from the employee's salaries. It helps the employees pay income taxes directly from their salary. Thus, they do not have to file income tax returns at the end of the tax year.

regardless of how much has been deducted from one's paycheck, it is a requirement that everyone file a tax return.

frankly, whatever this "taxCOde" is, it certainly can't deduct taxes from a paycheck while also being able to determine what adjustments might be necessary if and when a person sits down to complete a 1040 form. there's no way it could be 100% accurate, and anyone who failed to file taxes as a result would be acting quite foolishly.
