i have a hard time understanding and grasping the concept of title in real estate it says is ownership of bundle of legal rights and it also serves as evidence of ownership but its not a document what is it i am a new student

If you have the property title in your name, then you will be considered as the owner of the property. You can contact a real estate attorney and he will help you further in this matter.
