what is a trust loan

ca some one please explain me whats trust loan. I think the borrower creates a trust and owens the property on the trust name and he stays as the primary benefiaciary, correct me if i am wrong.

Hi bthahir,

I have not heard any like "trust loan". Although in China there is something like trust loan which provided by the government departments. Hope some lenders can explain this "trust loan" better.
