VOE (Verification of Employment) is a process which is used by banks and mortgage lenders in the US to review the employment history of a borrower. This helps them in determining the borrower's stability of job and cross-reference to income history with that stated on the Loan Application. Lenders require complete VOE declaring all positions held for the last two years of employment history. You can contact an attorney and he will help you in filling out the VOE.
