I am working with a single mother that did a voluntary repo two years ago and was wondering how long does she have to wait before she can purchase another home? 2. I work with several single mothers that are working and want to purchase. Also, I work with a independent Broker and I close the loans and was wondering how can we be a part of your network in providing you customers. Thank you so much in advance for your support.

This community has a large number of lenders. You or your clients can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them in order to find out whether or not they can qualify for a mortgage.
