Like 0 Dislike 0 I APPLIED ABOUT 6 YEARS AGO AFTER HAVING 3 STROKES AND A HEART ATTACK... I HAVE COMPLETED A 5 YEAR REHAB FOR NY STROKES.... I AM CONFINED TO A WHEELCHAIR UNTIL MY BALANCE RETURNS...... I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT MY STATUS IS WITH SECTION 8..........
