Some how and am not sure my mortgage company says that we are one payment behind they keep giving me the run around as to why. the company is Midland Mortgage and they keeps treating foreclosure due to the one missing payment I just recently lost my job and am having a terrible time finding one so the missing payment is not in our means right now. We have enough to keep a roof over our heads. Every month they get a payment but continue with the treats I thought someone had to be 90 days late and they are still accepting my payment.

First you need to determine if you truly are one month behind - if you are you need to contact the bank and ask for a forbearance - I wouldnt offer that you lost your job - just you cannot pay an extra payment - Banks are hardcore these days and will treat you bad if you are late - they cannot foreclose because of one running 30 day late - It is something that will not go away without effort
