Hi,I owned a property and the loan was in my name. After I got married and I got fights with my wife. I had a friend he advised me to transfer/ quit claim the property to his company for safe keeping. I did that without the knowledge that I will lose the ownership of the property. He frauded with me for title of property and now he put me in bad credit situation by not making mortgage payments. Property has equity value and the loan is still in my name, I want to get the property back to sell it and get my name out of it. Is there is any way possible I can get it back? | |||

Thanks for the advice. I contacted my lender and submitted the information. In the meantime, I'm still making payments. It takes at least two days to get a response. However, in the meantime, I still am looking for advice on other alternative methods. My loss of income is just temporarily. It will resume again in September 2008. Thanks again. | |||

thank you for the feedback. Yes, I can pay off the lender after the sell of my home, but should I ask the lender to use the money in my escrow account to bring the payment up to date. | |||
