Thanks for the advice. I contacted my lender and submitted the information. In the meantime, I'm still making payments. It takes at least two days to get a response. However, in the meantime, I still am looking for advice on other alternative methods. My loss of income is just temporarily. It will resume again in September 2008. Thanks again. | ||||

thank you for the feedback. Yes, I can pay off the lender after the sell of my home, but should I ask the lender to use the money in my escrow account to bring the payment up to date. | ||||
