HELP-Need names of Lender who do 203k loans

Hello Everyone,

My company is in a situation where the lender that we used to do our 203k loans has bit the dust. We are currently looking for a new lender to replace them. Please let me know of lenders that do 203k's that you have had good experience with.

Hi Kim,

I think the community lenders somehow skipped this question. You can PM your questions to some of the community lenders so that they can answer your questions.

Welcome to the forums.

You can just pm/mail Kim but for that you need to join the community . It seems you are a lender. I guess you should check out the Lenders Directory available here. You too can get enlisted here and become a part of the lenders' community here.

we at Prospect Mortgage have become the second largest 203K lender in the US in the last few months. i'm happy to oblige - anywhere in the country.
