Hello,

I looked already for hours in the internet but have no idea where to start, what is to do etc.!?

Question:
My wife and i want buy in another country (were she came from original), oceanfront land what is undeveloped and want build sooner or later a resort on it, but at first we need the money to buy the land. How do we get a loan from here the US because of the attractive Interestrate, and the length of the loan (my wifes creditscore is 650 to 700, INcome 55.000, no debt, arround 50.000 in cash available and the property would cost arround 230.000)

Simon do you have any properties you own in this country with equity???? thats probably the simplest route.
