my sister is power of atterney of my mothers estate she has alzhimers..and now in last stage but she told be back in 1996 she gave me the house...well my sister put house in all family members names but mine..and said my name can not be there because i am the encumbent...and my name would show up in 5 yrs... is this correct or did she lie and if so what do i do about it if any? thank you
