Andrew here fr singapore.I like to enquire if there is any finance companies/hard money lenders that will do international residential loan for residents of singapore? I am planning to buy a resident property in singapore that cost abt USD$1 million. Pls advise me ,thanks

I am from Jakarta - Indonesia, request loan with low interest than what my country offered ( 18% per years ), I willing to give my house for collateral if needed, the value is usd. 150,000.- and I only need to run my business with value usd. 100,000.-.
