larry Joined: 27 Jun 2007 Posts: 3058 429.16 Dollars($)	Posted: Fri Apr 25, 2008 12:45 am    Post subject: Hi, Beside the good faith estimate the lender must provide disclosures within three business days like Truth in lending Act statement, Servicing disclosure statement and in addition to these if someone applies from a mortgage company which is operated by a real estate agent he should get a Affiliated business arrangement disclosure.
