If I do not reside in the property what type loan can I qualify for in order to pay down bills? I'm presently working on improving my credit but it is still not very good?

Non owner occupied (investment) loan. Much harder to qualify for and get cash out than an owner occupied. Tell us more about what you want to do?

precisely...elaborate on what your intentions are, and we can better comment.

Please be more specific... is the home a rental, or a 2nd home/vacation? What type of home is it...SFR/Condo/PUD/ Etc... How much do you owe on it and what is it's estimated value? How bad is your credit, estimated Fico score? Income.....details are going to play a major roll in determining what, if any options you have.
