Hi terry,

I doubt whether or not the lenders would be ready to give you a stated income loan. These days lenders have stopped giving such loans. The lender will take steps to verify your income and other details and then give you a mortgage.

Thanks

At 675 credit score with 20% down, it's going to be tough to find a lender. If you can come up with another 10%, you might be in business!

There are lenders doing it in CA but like Theo said, you will need a bit more on the down payment. I dont think anyone is doing stated in NV right now.

Step back into the comma you have been in since 2006.

80% LTV SIVA or Stated, what a joke these days!

Actually I have access to SIVA loans, 60% MAX LTV is some states and 70% LTV IN parts of Florida, this is Private Banking and Private Hedge Funds, good rates.

Hi GUILLERMO!

Welcome to forums!

Stated income loans are hardly available these days. Most of the lenders will want you to give the proof of your income in order to approve you for a mortgage. Nevertheless, I will suggest you to contact your local lenders and apply for a stated income loan. It will be the lender's discretion whether or not he will consider your request.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
