COMBINED 155,000 HUSBAND AND I ARE RETIRED, SHE IS DESPERATE HAS BAD CREDIT, AND I WANT HER TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN HOUSE WITH MY GRAND CHILDREN. THANKS

You need to contact a lender who offers personal loan and check out whether or not you would qualify for one. Personal loans are available at a higher interest rate.
