Hi lulu!

Welcome to forums!

With a credit score of 579, you won't be able to get approved for a loan though your property is free and clear. You need to increase your credit score to around 620 in order to get a FHA loan.

Check out the given page in order to know some steps to improve your credit score:

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
