There's an old 1980's mobile on the land and we decided to fix it up to live in.The lease is option to buy within five years, he put 6000 down. How can we get a loan for the land only, since the mobile is still in need of repairs. We can't sell it first since it's not ours. We are wondering if we should back out but would lose our down payment.
