i have several properties w/out mortgages but i need to get the money out of them. how should i go about it? finance, heloc or other? should i put them together or individually?

If you do not need to put up multiple properties as collateral, I would not recommend it. It will depend on the purpose of the cash-out as well as the amount to make any type of educated suggestion. Give us more and we'll sure be able to help you. I hope this helps...

it depends upon your requirement. thers is no need to use all of them as collateral.

also depending upon your need you can take single loan & menion properties as collateral

Cash it out indivudually. Choose whichever product will have the lowest rate for you.
