I signed a contract to sell the property back in August. The contract clearly states the deal will close on or before October 22,2010....... Well here it is mid November and I still dont have a closing date. I`m kinda gitting fustrated with the whole thing. My agent says the lender is behind.....the buyers loan is a FHA 203kk that the buyer is getttng. What can I do or say to get this deal closed...its costing me intrest every month, plus taxes and utilities.

You should contact the lender immediately and ask him to give you a closing date so that you can get rid of the property asap. Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
