I found the house of my dreams. Only problem my score is 548 the cost of the house is 209k i have 25% downpayment. Any Hope?

Hi, 25% down payment is good but with a score of 548 i just dont see any hope im really sorry. Your best bet is to improve your score to 620 then lendors and banks will talk to you.

if you can get your scores up you can do it try a credit repair

Hi

Guest, it's almost impossible to get a loan with 548 credit score in this market. A 600+ credit is a must these days to qualify for a new loan. Though you have a good amount of downpayment with you, it'll be near impossible for you to geet approved for a mortgage.
