I own 2 mobile homes and the property they are on all in all there are 5 & 1/2 acres total worth 240,000 I need a $20,000 loan I'm having a hard time finding places that will loan money for movile homes I can put the home up for collaterol also if I have to can you help PLEASE thank you Linda

You can contact the lenders for mobile home loans. However, you should have a good credit score and income in order to qualify for a mobile home loan. A minimum credit score of 720 is required in order to get a conventional loan. You have mentioned that you are finding a hard time getting mobile home loan. Did the lenders give you any reason as to why you do not qualify for the loan?

I don't want a mobile home loan I want a equity or personal loan using my mobile home & property as collaterol is that possible??

Hi linda,

You can get a personal property loan for your mobile home. You can contact the retailers who sell mobile homes and get personal property loans from them.
