FHA Kiddie Condo loan is a loan which allows the young adults to buy their first home. This loan allows a person to co-borrow with a blood relative. On the other hand, FHA 203k loan is a home improvement loan. It is a primary program for the rehabilitation and repair of single family properties. So, are you planning to take a home improvement loan? But, as far as I know, you will not be able to get a FHA 203k loan if you have already taken a FHA kiddie condo loan. However, I would suggest you to speak to your current FHA lender and clarify the issue. Thanks
