What lenders are still doing below 620, FHA?

The minimum credit score required for an FHA loan is 620. However, there are still a few lenders who may want to offer you a loan with credit less than 620. However, the interest rate on such a loan can be high. Hi drsnow,

You should contact local lenders in your area and should talk to them about FHA loan. Some lenders can go below 620 depending on other factors such as your income. employment history etc.
