amslegh Joined: 08 Dec 2009 Posts: 1 1.00 Dollars($)	Posted: Tue Dec 08, 2009 1:02 pm    Post subject: can you get an fha loan when the house is a manufactured hom Like 0 Dislike 0 i am looking at buying a manufactured home. i want to get the fha loan to fix some things and get appliances. the bank i am going through said i might not be able to get the fha loan because the home is manufactured, but i have read on the internet that you can get the loan it doesnt matter if its a manufactured home. does it matter what type of house it is??

I would suggest you speak to few other FHA approved lenders to check out if you can get a loan. This community also has a large number of lenders.
