I applied for an FHA but because of the A6 law , I was not allowed cash out. I own my home and my credit is not that great. Also, this loan cannot be refinanced within the first 12 months. You may check out if you can get a second mortgage on your property if you cannot refinance the loan. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.
