Hi, does anyone know of any other loan options available in texas for a cash out loan. I applied for an FHA but because of the A6 law , I was not allowed cash out. I own my home and my credit is not that great. I'm looking to purchase new property.

As far as I know, a home cannot have more than one Texas A6 loan on it at a given point of time. Also, this loan cannot be refinanced within the first 12 months. You may check out if you can get a second mortgage on your property if you cannot refinance the loan.
