I HAVE A CREDIT SCORE OF 615. I HAVE 5 LINES OF CREDIT IN GOOD STANDING 2 OF THEN HAVE ONLY BEEN LATE ONCE,BUT THIS APPEARS ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I ALSO HAVE 3 MEDICAL COLLECTIONS 2 OF THEN EQUAL 5300 DOLLORS IF I PAY THIS OFF CAN I BE APPROVED FOR A FHA LOAN

Hi JAYJAY,

In order to get a FHA loan, you should have a credit score of 620. Moreover, with late payments and collections on your credit report, it may be difficult for you to get a FHA loan. I would suggest you to improve your credit score first and then look out for a FHA loan. To know more about improving your credit score, check out the following link:

yes u are able to get FHA loan your credit score i not bad ....but your credit score i 615 if ur credit score is620 u are accptable and you can apply for FHA loan .,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
i suggest u to inccrease a little bit your credit score ...........

IF want to get fha loan you need to improve your credit score it will be 620 then u will get fha loan

Your credit score is fine. You might need alternate trades to show your ability to pay debt on a monthly basis. How much do you make annually? Do you have money to put down? FHA requires 3.5% down payment unless its the good neighbor program. tfaulhaber@lendamerica.com
