bought forclosed home lived in it for 3 months can you get fha loan with the house as colladrel or do you have to live in it longer

Welcome marcymatt,

You can get a mortgage on a foreclosed property. As you're looking for a FHA loan, you need to satisfy the required criteria to get qualified for it. You should have a credit score of 620 and you should not have much negative items in your credit report in order to get a FHA mortgage.
