Guest	Posted: Tue Jul 27, 2010 5:50 am    Post subject: over 50 need a mortgage Like 0 Dislike 0 would like a mortgage but feel i am to oldin full time employment in a local authority flat at present due to the amount of years i have lived there i would be entitled to a 75 per cent discount i have lived there for 25 years

I hope you have a good credit score too. This is one of the major criteria required in order to get a mortgage. You should contact the local lenders in order to get a mortgage.
