I cannot find a lender to loan such a small amount. They all want me to find a home in at least 40k. I found the perfect home that I want and it is only 28k. I am looking for a 20k loan to finance it. Any help would be appreciated. I feel so exhausted from talking with lenders and banks. _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? Most of the lenders want to finance homes which have higher values. You can go for personal loans in order to buy the concerned property. The personal loans come at a higher rate of interest. If you can afford to pay a higher interest rate, then you can go ahead with the deal. Thanks
