IF TWO PEOPLE ARE LISTED ON THE HOME TITLE AND THEY ARE NOT MARRIED, CAN ONE PERSON BE GRANTED A HOME EQUITY LOAN

in most states, yes. But the other person would still have to be on title.

Hi WILL,

Yes, I agree with Elnora. Though the two people are not married, they will be getting the home equity loan provided if both are on the title of the property. But I would suggest that one should inform the lender about the situation and check if the lender is ready to give the loan.
