csrmanagerkellie Joined: 19 Mar 2010 Posts: 1 1.30 Dollars($)	Posted: Fri Mar 19, 2010 4:38 am    Post subject: land home package loans Like 0 Dislike 0 My fiance and i want to buy a sectional(double wide) and put in on his land, he has a mortgage on his land and single wide that is on there now, with his dad as a co signer, his credit scores range from 550 to 615 and we want to get the loan ourselves on just the mobile home.(double wide) my scores are 575 600 618. What can we do, and is there a lender that will help us. thank you

A FHA loan would require a credit score of 600-620 in order to qualify. Also, the lender will check your credit report. If you have too much of negative items on your credit report, then you may not get approved for a loan. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.
