Hi,

You may apply for loan. You can use your house as a collateral to get loan.

Thanks & Regards.

Hi allen,

As you have a poor credit, it will be difficult for you to qualify for a mortgage. You will have to improve your credit score first and then look out for a mortgage. To know some steps to improve your credit, check out the given page: http://www.mortgagefit.com/credit-rating/credit-repair.html .
