We provide foundation services for borrowers and work with lenders throughout the country. Here lately we have been getting calls and requests to break down the invoice showing specifically engineering cost. Whereas before this was seldom requested. I know its a good idea, Im just wondering if a new mortgage e-letter was issued stating this requirement that I might have missed. Anyone know about this possibly new requirement?
