In middle of city ,I have small land , this land i purchased with my 2 friend so they have share with that land.
But land on ones name on document.
we have planning to make row houses and for that to need loan.

Is it possible to take loan on saparetly by showing this land to bank??
because one lendger told that onlyone person eligible for loan whos name on land document.
So please assist me what we need to do for apply loan?

Take loan on one name or sapateraly ,which is better option
for less interest ???

you can add their name by signing a quit calim deed. then every body can apply for loan
