I have a chance too purchase 3.40 acres of land in wakefield N.H. for $29,900 the property was Assessed at $43700.00 anybody have a idea what would be a good offer to give.

You're actually getting a very good offer in my opinion. Though the property is assessed for $43700.00, you will be paying $29,900 in order to buy it. That's a good offer. You should simply contact the local lenders and apply for a mortgage in order to buy it.
