You will probably face a bit higher in iterest and fees. Please specify the location of the property. You can get loan on you land as collateral for loan. It's possible if your land is free of any debt & absolutely it must have clear title. But you must have good credit history as well as you must have to make some down payment.. Other terms & condition will apply for you location.
