I really want to get ride of it and sale or at least get a small loan. Is there a size limit? Where would I post the sale?

If you want to take out a land loan, you should contact the local banks offering land loans and get pre-approved for it. Depending upon your financial situation and your credit scores, the lender will let you know whether or not you would be pre-approved for a mortgage. If you want to sell off the property, then you can list the property in the market. You can even contact a real estate broker who can help you with the sale process. Sussane
