Hello to all.

My name is Dragisa Vasiljevic.I'm living in Zajecar, town in eastern Serbia.

Although You think that I came here by mistake I must say it is not mistake

I was born in 1961.
I graduated as a civil engineer in Belgrade, in 1988.
I am working as the assistant manager in a company situated in Zajecar.
My annual sallary is 13500 euros.
I have four kids (two boys and two daughters).

I am looking for a lender who will have a courage to borrow me a money needed for improvements of my life.

I said courage because I am not from America.

But, I asure You that You want regret. I will payback all the money with interest needed.

The reasom why I am looking for a loan is to buy a house and to get out of debt I'm in.
I'm in debt because I had a divorce and I give over the apartment to my first wife, together with my car..
The appartment and the car were bought by bank credit and now I am still paying rates.
I need a loan between 30000 and 40000 euros with duration around 10 years.

Hi evrozayu,

I can understand your condition and I do have sympathy for you,because most of the people ask loan when they are in need of money.Nobody (except few businessman) takes the loan when everything is going well.

Now one of the solution is why don't you take loan from your employer/local bank? Because loans are not disbursed on sentiments rather with business acumen,nobody will lend a house loan to the person who is residing in another country,because in order to carry out the business first lender need to take license in that country (here Serbia) for carrying out financial service business.What do you think just for single proposal from your country any lender will go for taking license?

I am not discouraging you, rather telling you that this is really not possible to get a 'loan' but charity can be possible.but again this is not the platform to get the charity.

Hi dipaligopale. Thank You for fast response to my first message in this forum.
I understand that my vishes are , let's say unreal, but, maybe, just maybe there is someone who can help me. That's the reason why I participate in this forum.
About a loan from my employer/local bank. I got a loan from my employer, eight years ago. The sum of a loan was 8.000 euros. That was not enough for buying anything, so I took a credit from my local bank. The sum of a credit was 10.000 euros with duration of seven years. I am still paying that credit so I cann't get another one. As I wrote earlier, the appartment I bought I left to my first wife.
So, thanks again. I know this is not the platform to get the charity , but : The one who don't try will never succeed.
