Hi annyb,

There are various ways to lower your costs for homeowner's insurance. You can use one insurance company to purchase all your insurance policies. Thus, you can qualify for the multi-line discount which may lower your insurance premium by about 10%. You can also raise your deductibles. In case you raise your deductible by $500, you can save as much as 25%. However, you should note that insurance companies have their own policies. You can contact your insurance company and check out if they can help you in any way.
